GayMapper has details of hundreds of gay bars, gay clubs and gay cruising bars in the most popular gay destinations around the world.  Here is just a small selection of favourite gay venues.  Do you have a favourite?  Let us know and we can feature it!

Number One Fifth Avenue

Number One Fifth Avenue

San Diego

As one of the oldest gay dive bars still operating in Hillcrest, Number One holds a special place in the heart of the neighbourhood. For nearly 40 years, this bar has moved with the times while not forgetting its roots, allowing it to remain a hub for the LGBTQ+ community of San Diego, and a place where everyone is welcome. With great drinks, a pool table, and a patio out back, this is a place to relax and make friends.
Pullermanns

Pullermanns

Cologne

Everyone knows the address, after all, the "Bumslokal" in Mathiasstraße 22 since 1972 (Platzjabbeck, Hands or Boners). Here you live out your fetish and celebrate your sexuality. Here you can meet old and new friends at the bar or chat with the bartender. And if you are free enough, you can even do both at the same time. Be free is our motto. Here at Pullermanns, the leather man meets the suit wearer, the bear and the skater boy sit together at the bar. Whether born in 1940 or 1990, whether completely in rubb*r or completely n*ked, anything goes. The only (but very important) rule of the game is openness, mutual tolerance and acceptance.
BarbieBar

BarbieBar

Berlin

A cosy cafe bar in the Kreuzberg area, offering a great range of homemade cakes and tarts. A cosy atmosphere continues to the evening where you can get some great cocktails. Quite a neighbourhood feel to this bar.
Club Backdoor

Club Backdoor

Stockholm

Backdoor is a new, large nightclub in South Stockholm. You can find visiting international DJ's, and theme nights, such as Techno and Pop. Check for special events. A mixed crowd here, but generally popular with the younger LGBTQ+ community.
