The majority of Barcelona's gay bars and clubs can be found in the Eixample and Gracia districts. As is typical in Spain, they tend to get busy around midnight, when every possible type of crowd comes together to enjoy the uniquely fabulous bubble that is the gay village. Visitors are made to feel at home here, and you'll be surrounded by friendly locals who delight in sharing this amazing place and its diverse range of nightlife spots. The gay life in Cologne is centred around two main areas of the city, Rudolfplatz and Heumarkt (or the Old Town.) Heumarkt has had gay venues for many years, and as such attracts a somewhat older crowd than in the area around Rudolfplatz. There are many gay bars and clubs to choose from, depending on your mood or tribe. If you're new to town or just visiting, a bar crawl across an evening or two is definitely a good way to start. The Grapevine Bar
Dallas
The Grapevine bar is a beloved dive that has been voted both "Best Straight Bar" and "Best Gay Bar" so it's home to a truly mixed crowd. The interior combines ridiculous and mismatched furnishings to create a totally unique space, complete with skulls, stained glass, and a tacky pool table. The colourfully lit patio space even has a basketball half court because why not?! The crowd is strange in the best way, and strong cheap drinks guarantee an interesting night.
She Soho
London
London's only dedicated lesbian venue is situated in a modern basement bar in the heart of Soho. Even though it's a lesbian venue, She also welcomes queer guests and has become a hotspot for the LGBTQ+ community. This vibrant after-hours club hosts first class DJs, drag kings, cabaret shows, and burlesque, showcasing queer talent and keeping you entertained every night of the week. Great drinks deals attract a wide range of women and their friends from all backgrounds.
Hombres Lounge
New York City
Hombres has a more Manhattan vibe than the other gay bars in Jackson Heights. It's the destination of choice for locals and visitors from further afield, who are drawn in by the scantily clad yet down to earth men, although the crowd is still somewhat mixed. If you like karaoke and a good old dance party with some very attractive men then this is the place for you!
EUPHORIA
Dublin
Euphoria is one of Ireland's biggest and best-known LGBTQ+ club nights, bringing thousands of partygoers together throughout the year. Usually held once or twice a month at venues in Dublin city centre, each event features guest DJs, energetic house music and a packed dance floor that keeps going into the early hours. Whether you're visiting Dublin for Pride or simply looking for a big night out, Euphoria delivers a welcoming atmosphere, impressive production and one of the city's most exciting queer parties.
