Probably the most popular gay dance bar in Hamburg, with DJ's playing every night from Wednesday to Saturday. WunderBar gets very busy on Saturdays, attracting crowds with a mix of chart pop, R&B and schlager sounds. Cosy, but smoky, and located near the Reeperbahn red-light district, this bar is popular with locals and tourists alike.
Olivia Jones Bar
Well-established bar in the red light district that features drag shows, comedy and cabaret. The shows are in German, but even if you don't understand the language, you'll love the atmosphere! Namesake Olivia Jones is the resident drag queen, and provides a welcoming environment for all.
TOMS Saloon
Tom saloon is the oldest gay bar in town opened 1974. The name correlates with the interiour which consists of a large collection of Tom Finlands drawing. Within the club there a loads of cruising possiblities, offering dark rooms, cages, slings and ***s. The crown in Toms bar is mixed of all ages.
Pick Up
Pick Up is a small gay bar in Hamburg's St. Georg district, not far from the main station, and close to many other gay bars. You'll find a broad mix of clientele here, and according to Pick Up bar themselves, their guests include "the working class and civil servants, artists and those for whom life is in art form, the unemployed and millionaires - a colorful mixture like life itself and the pride flag." Welcoming to women as well as men, the bar closes when the last guest calls it a night.
