5* CASA METT Sitges

Av. Sofia, 13, 08870 Sitges, Barcelona, Spain

5* CASA METT Sitges

Historic Sitges architecture has been given a very polished makeover at CASA METT Sitges. Opened in 2026 following the transformation of the former Hotel Capri, this adults-only five-star retreat occupies five restored Noucentista villas surrounded by Mediterranean gardens, just 100 metres from the seafront.

There are only 38 rooms and suites, keeping the atmosphere intimate despite the luxury positioning. Days can easily disappear around the garden pool, while there’s also a spa, fully equipped gym and Balera restaurant, which focuses on relaxed Italian-inspired food. The central location means Bassa Rodona, the promenade and the main gay nightlife around Plaça Indústria are all comfortably walkable.

GayMapper tip: A great choice if you want something grown-up and luxurious without moving out to one of the larger resort hotels — it combines five-star facilities with a genuinely small-hotel feel.

Hotels you might like in Sitges

3* Hotel Medium Sitges Park

3* Hotel Medium Sitges Park

Behind an ornate 19th-century Modernist façade, Hotel Medium Sitges Park hides one of central Sitges’ nicest hotel gardens. The seasonal outdoor pool and surrounding greenery make it feel surprisingly secluded considering you’re right in the historic centre. Its 85 rooms have a fresh blue-and-white Mediterranean style, with air-conditioning, modern bathrooms and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is served each morning, while the seasonal Bar del Park provides drinks and snacks beside the pool. There’s no full lunch or dinner restaurant, although that’s hardly a problem with so many places to eat within a few streets. The beach is about five minutes away and the main gay nightlife around Plaça Indústria and Carrer Joan Tarrida is similarly close. GayMapper tip: A strong balance of price, central location and a proper pool — especially useful if you want nightlife nearby without sacrificing somewhere peaceful to spend the afternoon.
4* Hotel Calipolis

4* Hotel Calipolis

For many LGBTQ+ visitors, Hotel Calipolis occupies one of the best positions in Sitges. It sits directly on the promenade opposite Bassa Rodona, the town’s main gay beach, while the bars around Plaça Indústria and Carrer Joan Tarrida are only a short walk away. The hotel is larger than many central Sitges properties, with 170 rooms and particularly good sea views from the front-facing categories. Many rooms have private terraces, and there’s an outdoor pool, gym and free bicycle hire. Mirador Restaurant serves Mediterranean food with sweeping sea views, while La Terraza is a more relaxed spot beside the pool for drinks, tapas and snacks. GayMapper tip: Sea-view rooms are worth considering here. With the beach directly in front and much of Sitges stretching along the coast below you, those balconies make particularly good use of the location.
5* ME Sitges Terramar

5* ME Sitges Terramar

ME Sitges Terramar is for the days when you want Sitges to feel more like a proper Mediterranean resort. The hotel sits directly beside the beach at the quieter southern end of the promenade, around two kilometres from the busy centre. Rooms and suites are sleek and contemporary, with private balconies and many excellent sea views. There are outdoor pools, fitness and wellness facilities and plenty of places to spend the day without leaving the property. Beso Beach Sitges brings food and drinks right to the beachfront, while Radio Rooftop is a particularly good spot for cocktails and views back along the coast. The main gay nightlife around Plaça Indústria isn’t on the doorstep, so allow for a bus, taxi or longer promenade walk into town. GayMapper tip: Best when the hotel and beach are part of the holiday rather than simply somewhere to sleep after a night out.
3* Hotel Sitges

3* Hotel Sitges

Tucked into the residential El Vinyet neighbourhood, Hotel Sitges works well if you like being close to the beach but appreciate somewhere calmer than the town centre. The promenade is only around three minutes away, while central Sitges and the main gay nightlife around Plaça Indústria are roughly a 12–15 minute walk. The restored villa has bright, contemporary rooms, many with a terrace, balcony or small private garden. A welcome recent addition is the outdoor swimming pool, alongside a terrace bar and buffet breakfast. There’s also bicycle rental, free Wi-Fi and Utopia restaurant. It’s a pleasant part of town to walk through, and the flat promenade makes the journey into the centre particularly easy. GayMapper tip: A good middle ground if you want quieter nights and quick beach access while still being able to walk to the gay bars rather than relying on taxis.
2* Hotel Medium Romantic

2* Hotel Medium Romantic

This is another Sitges hotel where the building is a big part of the experience. Hotel Medium Romàntic spreads across three historic Modernist villas filled with original paintings, ceramics, antique furniture and decorative details, with lush garden courtyards linking everything together. Rooms continue the individual, old-world feel, and some have terraces overlooking the garden. A buffet breakfast can be enjoyed indoors or outside, while the hotel’s bar gives you an atmospheric spot for a drink among the greenery. Because these are protected historic buildings, there’s no lift. The position is very convenient: the railway station is only a few minutes away, the beach is around five minutes on foot and the main gay nightlife around Plaça Indústria and Carrer Joan Tarrida is similarly easy to reach. GayMapper tip: Choose this for charm rather than sleek minimalism — the gardens and art-filled interiors are what make it memorable.
4* Sercotel Kalma Sitges

4* Sercotel Kalma Sitges

Three early-20th-century façades give Sercotel Kalma Sitges considerably more character than the average seafront hotel. Behind them you’ll find contemporary rooms and one of the strongest locations on Passeig de la Ribera, directly opposite the beach and just a short walk from the centre. Upstairs, the rooftop terrace and swimming pool provide another place to enjoy the Mediterranean without leaving the hotel, while El Casinet serves Mediterranean food downstairs. Some room categories have balconies, and sea-facing options naturally make the most of the setting. Bassa Rodona gay beach is along the same stretch of promenade, while the main LGBTQ+ nightlife around Plaça Indústria is comfortably walkable. GayMapper tip: Choose a balcony or sea-view room if you can — this is a hotel where paying a little more for the outlook genuinely changes the experience.
