Everything here is over the top in a surprisingly tasteful way that keeps Museum trendy.

This popular cafe bar tends to attract a mixed and alternative crowd, including people from across the LGBTQ+ community. Bar Rufian has a uniquely styled interior that is simultaneously spacious and cosy, with high ceilings and an eclectic vintage decor. Locals know this place for its food so be sure to try delicious sandwiches and tapas as well as all your favourite drinks.
ClubOpenMind
Open Mind is one of Barcelona's most popular gay cruise and fetish clubs, offering a space to “play without limitsâ€. You'll have to buy a membership at the door to access this exclusive club, and once you're in you'll find it full of guys with all sorts of interests. Visit on themed nights to find your crowd as the club caters to everything from leather to military. There's also a super popular "no dress code" night amongst other dress code events.
Punto BCN
Punto Bar is the place to go early in the evening as it gets busier before most of the other gay bars. It's popular with both tourists and locals so you can mix with all sorts of people and make new friends. A range of guys from twinks to bears hang out here so it's a brilliant place to find your crowd, drink, and dance to the most popular Spanish music.
Candy Darling
Candy Darling has its roots in queer activism and strives to include all identities. There's something for everyone to enjoy here and a lovely welcoming atmosphere. Sit back and watch shows each night, from drag to circus and burlesque. There's also a mini disco room and all sorts of queer art adorning the walls. To go with your drinks, be sure to try a “bikini darlingâ€, the local name for a ham and cheese toastie that's a speciality here.
Gingin
Gingin is a relatively new gay bar in Eixample, located just across the road from the famous gay Axel Hotel. The bar is already popular place with people of all ages, thanks to strong drinks served by friendly staff known as Ginboys. Gin and tonics are their speciality, made with a huge range of gins and all enjoyed in a cosy space with a unique and welcoming atmosphere.
La Casa de la Pradera
This is a bar that welcomes the entire LGBTQ+ community, located in the historic center of the city, and has been serving a super mixed crowd for over 10 years. They offer good food, beer on tap to enjoy outside on the terrace, and a generally relaxed place to hang out with friends. Inclusive and slightly alternative vibes attract a wonderful range of people and give the bar a real community feel.
