The club sits just beyond the eastern edge of Gaixample, around a 10–15 minute walk from many of the gay bars around Diputació and Consell de Cent. Guingueta BeGay

BeGay is one of the most iconic beach bars in all of Barcelona, and the only gay one. La Chapelle

The Basement Club

The Basement Club is one of the best-known gay cruise and fetish clubs in Barcelona. It's a members only club so you'll have to buy a membership at the door. La Casa de la Pradera

Candy Darling

Candy Darling has its roots in queer activism and strives to include all identities. There's something for everyone to enjoy here and a lovely welcoming atmosphere. Sit back and watch shows each night, from drag to circus and burlesque. There's also a mini disco room and all sorts of queer art adorning the walls. To go with your drinks, be sure to try a Bikini Darling, the local name for a ham and cheese toastie that's a speciality here.
Salvaje Barcelona

Salvaje brings a strong Latin flavour to Barcelona's LGBTQ+ club scene, with reggaeton, Latin hits and commercial dance music running well into the early morning. Part of The Moon group, it's a proper late-night disco rather than the more bar-like The Moon Barcelona on Villarroel, so the two shouldn't be confused.
The Balmes location is only a few minutes from Believe Club and Pink Corner and a short walk from the main Gaixample bars. It generally comes alive after 2am, attracting a younger mixed LGBTQ+ crowd, plenty of Latino locals and international visitors who want to keep dancing after the surrounding bars begin winding down.
Gingin

Gingin is a relatively new gay bar in Eixample, located just across the road from the famous gay Axel Hotel. The bar is already popular place with people of all ages, thanks to strong drinks served by friendly staff known as Ginboys. Gin and tonics are their speciality, made with a huge range of gins and all enjoyed in a cosy space with a unique and welcoming atmosphere.
Boxer CafeBar

This stand-out cafe style bar has a sexy twist. You'll find sporty guys, topless barmen, and people from various fetish communities gathered in the bar or outside on the street terrace. Pink Corner BCN

Literally everything here is colourful and lively, camp even by Eixample's standards. Boyberry

Boyberry is one of the more laid-back men-only cruising clubs in Barcelona, where you can go for some casual cruising and a few drinks. There are lots of different play areas to explore, plenty of cabins, and adult videos playing around the venue. Boyberry even has an on-site adult shop, so it's well worth a visit no matter the time of day.
Lo de Carmen

Colourful, political and proudly queer, Lo de Carmen offers something refreshingly different from the predominantly male bar scene in Gaixample. Drag, karaoke, DJs and community events feature regularly, with an especially welcoming approach to trans, non-binary and gender-diverse guests.
The venue sits on Paral·lel between Sant Antoni and Poble-sec, away from the main Eixample cluster but close to the more alternative LGBTQ+ scene around venues such as La Federica and Bar Rufián. The crowd is broad, creative and local-feeling, mixing queer women, gay men, trans and non-binary people rather than aiming at one particular demographic.
Moeem Barcelona

Open every day from early evening, this cosy local bar is the ideal spot to enjoy a drink and relax with friends. You'll find a mixed crowd of people hanging out at the bar or sitting back on sofas around the room. There's space to dance as well if you feel like it, with a soundtrack that mixes pop, dance, reggaeton and contemporary R&B. Moeem is an alternative space with a warm atmosphere and something for everyone.
Safari Disco Club

Safari is a loud and colourful place that hosts some of the best parties in Barcelona. DJs and live music fuel late night dancing across two large rooms that are always packed. Safari is an icon of nightlife in the city and something of a benchmark for your clubbing experience here. You can even book out rooms for private parties and make some amazing memories.
La Sastrería

La Sastrería packs a lot into a relatively compact Gaixample bar, with drag performances, bingo, DJs and themed nights creating a lively schedule through the week. Drinks and entertainment are the main focus, and the atmosphere tends to become increasingly energetic as the evening moves on.
It's in one of the densest parts of Barcelona's gay neighbourhood: HBB is effectively next door, while DMEN'S and Priscilla are just along Consell de Cent and many more bars are within a few blocks. Expect a sociable mix of gay locals and visitors, with drag nights drawing an especially broad LGBTQ+ crowd.
Blunit

Blunit is a cosier gay bar with a scenic terrace, the ideal place to relax and unwind with friends. The style is fun and accessible rather than high-concept, making this a good choice when you want traditional Barcelona drag entertainment without committing to a big club night.
The Villarroel address puts Strass firmly inside Gaixample. The Moon Barcelona is only a few doors away, while El Cangrejo, Bacon Bear Bar and several other gay venues are within an easy walk. The crowd mixes locals and tourists across a broad age range, with evenings often starting fairly relaxed before becoming much livelier later on.
Berlin Dark

Berlin Dark is a fetish and cruise club for men only, but every Wednesday they open their doors to everyone. All other nights you'll find yourself part of a crowd of super masculine guys. Pricilla is located in the heart of Eixample, offering all your favourite things about a Barcelona gay night out all in one place. La Federica

HBB Barcelona

One of the newer additions to Gaixample, HBB Barcelona combines a daytime café and casual food spot with a friendly gay bear bar once evening arrives. There’s also a street terrace, making it an easy place for coffee, food or a relaxed first drink before things get busier later.
The location could hardly be more central to Barcelona's gay scene. La Sastrería is virtually next door, with DMEN'S, Priscilla and numerous other LGBTQ+ venues within a few minutes' walk. Bears and admirers form the core crowd, but the atmosphere is deliberately inclusive and noticeably more easy-going than a specialist fetish bar.
Museum Bar

Museum certainly lives up to its name, as it's full of statues and paintings specially chosen to create and old-fashioned and atmospheric space. In contrast, the bar is also full of flatscreen TVs and crowds of young and trendy gay guys. Everything here is over the top in a surprisingly tasteful way that keeps Museum trendy. Normally open Friday and Saturday evenings.
Open Mind Barcelona

Open Mind is one of Barcelona's most popular gay cruise and fetish clubs, offering a space to play without limits. You'll have to buy a membership at the door to access this exclusive club, and once you're in you'll find it full of guys with all sorts of interests. Its dark back room and private cabins are always busy with a mixed age clientele, while at the bar you can meet new guys and take advantage of happy hours every night. DMEN'S

Dmens is located in the heart of Eixample. This is one of the newer gay bars in the area, run by the popular Moeem and Grupo Arena. Entry is free and the bar opens earlier in the evening that most other places in the area, so you can start your night early with plenty of drinks and party till morning. The space is small but beautifully lit with neon lights, complete with a bar serving cocktails, plus DJs and dancing.
Imperial BCN

Imperial is a substantial two-level gay and queer fetish club combining music and socialising upstairs with a much more adventurous cruising area below. Across roughly 600 square metres you'll find bars, a dance floor, chill-out areas and an extensive play zone with cabins and other fetish facilities.
It's right in Gaixample on Aribau, opposite the Axel Hotel and just along from Gingin, so it slots easily into a night around the surrounding gay bars. Events vary considerably, from general LGBTQ+ parties to leather, underwear and kink-focused nights, attracting gay men and a broader sex-positive queer crowd. Check the night's theme or dress expectations before visiting.
