The bar is proving very popular, has a separate smoking section and is located in the heart of the gay district on Studiestrade, so it's easy to slot into your Copenhagen gay bar crawl.

A men only bar, one of Copenhagen's oldest gay bars. Tends to be an older and sometimes fetish crowd, but generally welcoming and friendly. Drinks are reasonably priced here, especially the local beers. Now Non Smoking!

Vela is a cosy lesbian bar in Vesterbro with great cocktails and fussball. Vela also hosts several cultural events such as poetry and literature evenings, live music, speed-dating and much more. Vela is open late into the morning.
