Hummel Hummel bar was a pioneer of gay nightlife on Gran Canaria, being the second gay venue to open in the Yumbo Center. You are guaranteed a warm welcome at this very friendly cafe bar, located just steps away from the Yumbo Centre. Managed by three fabulous Italian guys, this is a popular place for breakfast, lunch or just coffee and cake, with some delicious fresh pastries and cakes on offer. Particularly popular with the bear crowd, but frequented by all - it happily proclaims to be straight and pet friendly!

Terry Show

Terry's is a long running show bar in the Yumbo Centre, on the first floor, just above Na'Und and Strong Construction. You'll find local drag acts here, but even if your Spanish isn't up to scratch, you'll still enjoy the show.

Coco Loco

A fun bar on the 1st floor of the Yumbo centre, known for cabaret shows and hot gogo boys. One of the bars that gets busier later in the evenings. On the first floor above Ricky's, next door to Funny Girls, take the steps up by Burger King.

Kiosco Beach No. 7

In the heart of the main Maspalomas gay beach in Gran Canaria, Kiosko Beach No.7 serves drinks and light snacks throughout the day. There are sun loungers and umbrellas for hire, all with the beautiful Atlantic Ocean in view. An all new, larger kiosk has been installed, giving more space for the thirsty beachgoers. To get here, there are two options; head to the Riu Palace hotel in Playa del Ingles and then walk across the dunes in about 30 minutes, or walk along the shore from the Faro de Maspalomas (lighthouse).

Bar Peppermint

Situated in the heart of the famous Six pack Zone in the Yumbo Centre, you'll find Peppermint right next door to Parrots. A cosy bar-cafe, offering great cocktails with a French twist, you will be hostedby Bastian and Jonathan who will be at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We're told that their Bruschetta with Mediterranean flavors and homemade gourmet waffles are not to be missed.
