A favourite cruising spot in Madrid, Boyberry is the place to go for cheap drinks and a super friendly but hot atmosphere. Popular bars in

Madrid

Medaigual

Cosier than some other gay pubs in the area, Medaigual attracts a slightly older crowd for a more traditional night out. Guys tend to meet here for a relaxed drink and a catch up, but there's also regular live music and karaoke that give the bar a brilliant energy. Medaigual also hosts regular themed nights that attracts loyal locals and visitors looking to make new friends.

D'Mystic

D'Mystic is a cafe and cocktail lounge with a stylish and modern feel. It welcomes a mixed clientele who visit for delicious drinks in a laid-back space that lends itself to a good catch up with friends. Alternatively, meet new people and bond over a strong cocktail, stay out late, and experience the best of Madrid on the lively Calle de Gravina.

La Kama Bar

La Kama is a cocktail bar and cafe that's pretty new on the scene in Chueca but already making a name for itself. Attractive and often topless waiters are unsurprisingly a draw for gay visitors, but they also serve the best cocktails around which is always a bonus! The music is a diverse mix of genres and videos are always playing on screens around the bar. La Kama is open every day for casual drinks before a night of clubbing.

Naked Bar Madrid

With a not-so-subtle name, Naked is a dedicated gay leather and fetish bar popular with older men. There's a dress code every night and it rarely mentions clothes, but there are occasional themed nights such as swimwear or sportswear. Two floors of cruising promise an unforgettable experience, with facilities such as darkroom, beds, slings, and large film screens. Entrance even includes two drinks.

Club 33

Club 33 is one of the more underground clubs in the heart of Madrid. It's the best place to dance late into the night, enjoying music from a wide range of genres including indie, rock, and 80s classics. All sorts of special events are hosted here as well, from comedy and live music to film screenings and fetish parties. Club 33 is truly a place for everyone with a varied line-up to match the crowd.

Studio 54

Studio 54 pays tribute to the legendary Manhattan Club by bringing something truly unique to the Chueca gay scene. Statement crystal chandeliers above the dance floor set the tone, coupled with the latest dance music and the occasional retro twist. House DJs know exactly what to play to appeal to Studio 54's diverse and fun-loving crowd. This is the perfect place to dance and make new friends in a club designed like no other in the city.
