Bar Le Stud
With its relaxed atmosphere, Stud Montreal is the place to go to meet gay men and have a great night. Spend happy hour with friends at the bar, or meet new people in the energetic nightclub area where everyone can enjoy a night of music and a party atmosphere. Stud was originally opened to serve the leather community of the Gay Village, and it since expanded to cater to a bear crowd.
Circus Afterhours
If you're looking to start your party well into the early hours, this late-night club is the place to go. Circus is a three-level complex equipped with the best in lighting and sound technology, hosting parties four nights a week that specialise in house, techno, and trance music. The music is provided by locally and internationally renowned DJs who have regular spots in the club and keep people coming back.
Bar Notre-Dame-Des-Quilles
This bar has gained a reputation within the LGBTQ+ community, and even hosts a bi-monthly lesbian speed dating event and other events for the community. This is a simple venue with simple pleasures from cheap but quality cocktails to an eclectic range of DJs providing the soundtrack to the perfect hangout spot. Two bowling lanes mean you can have a chill game with friends, and there's even a counter serving renowned New York styled pizza.
Complexe Sky
The Sky complex is a huge gay club and one of the largest of its kind in the country. It houses everything from hiphop to cabaret, and there's a calmer rooftop pool, spa and mini restaurant to compliment the party. The first floor restaurant bar offers drinks and snacks, while on the second floor you can catch a cabaret dinner show. The third floor is always hosting a dance party, meaning that there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Bar Aigle Noir
This high energy bar caters to a mixed but cruisey crowd, drawing everyone in with a great range of drinks at reasonable prices. Three bars offer three different vibes so you can find your crowd or simply get a taste of a range of spaces, music, and people. Aigle Noir made its name in the leather scene, and continues to be a lively spot with a slightly wilder and more kinky twist that's especially popular with bears.
Rocky
This classic feeling neighbourhood bar generally draws older male visitors to the Gay Village. They're a slightly cruisy crowd, enjoying adult themed videos that play on TVs throughout the venue and throughout the day. This is the place to meet with old friends or make new ones as you chat with guys at the bar with and enjoy some cheap beers.
