Occupying a prime position on Bajondillo beach, at the base of the steps down from the town centre, near El Gato Lounge and just along from the Melia Costa del Sol Hotel, the Eden Beach Club is a popular hot spot for gay sun worshipers in Torremolinos. Have a drink at the bar, or set yourself up on one of the many sun beds, which come at an extra charge, but you do get friendly waiter service. Great for people watching and can get very busy on hot, sunny days, especially on weekends and afternoons when the local crown joins the tourists. Hours can vary in low season, depending on the weather.
La Esquina - Rene's Bar
Head to the Pueblo Blanco area to check out Rene's Bar, La Esquina. Rene comes from the Netherlands and has built up a loyal following of guests over the years with his friendly service and reasonably priced drinks. Nice place to chill before possibly heading to the livelier action in La Nogalera, which is just a few minutes walk away.
