One of the newest additions to Copenhagen’s LGBTQ+ scene, Centre Stage CPH has quickly become a popular meeting place for locals and visitors alike. Located in the heart of the city’s historic gay district, the venue offers a friendly atmosphere, regular drag performances, themed parties and live entertainment. The crowd is mixed, welcoming and social, making it a great place to start or end a night out. Expect good music, strong drinks and a lively but approachable vibe throughout the week.

Large bar with outdoor terrace. Especially popular in summer and with the after work crowd. Oscar is one of the most popular non-smoking venue for gays, lesbians, their friends and family in Copenhagen. Here you can get homemade food, delicious cakes and coffee, cocktails, long drinks and cold beers from the tap.

Now Permanently Closed. Trixie is Copenhagen's newest gay bar and nightclub, offering multiple dancefloors and a dedicated cocktail bar. The bar is proving very popular, has a separate smoking section and is located in the heart of the gay district on Studiestrade, so it's easy to slot into your Copenhagen gay bar crawl.

SLM - Scandinavian Leather Men - is a large gay fetish club. Membership required, available on the door. Open weekends only, often with theme nights. it is best to check the website for any dress code when you plan to visit.

Old school speakeasy type bar, with live music on some days. Cafe Intime is very cosy and friendly, with a broad age range of customers. the Sunday Jazz night is particularly popular, so get a seat early. Can be quite smoky at times.

Gay friendly dance bar in the meat packing district, Baggen (previously Bakken) attracts a younger crowd and can get very busy on weekends. Fun music and good vibes, worth checking out away from the city centre.
