To go with your drinks, be sure to try a Bikini Darling, the local name for a ham and cheese toastie that's a speciality here.
Museum Bar
Museum certainly lives up to its name, as it's full of statues and paintings specially chosen to create and old-fashioned and atmospheric space. In contrast, the bar is also full of flatscreen TVs and crowds of young and trendy gay guys. They come for the drinks and the free entry passes to the nearby Metro Disco available at the bar. Everything here is over the top in a surprisingly tasteful way that keeps Museum trendy.
Night Barcelona
This men-only bar and cruise club is one of the most popular of its kind in Eixample. Its dark back room and private cabins are always busy with a mixed age clientele, while at the bar you can meet new guys and take advantage of happy hours every night. The club is open daily into the early hours for plenty of drinks and casual cruising fun.
La Casa de la Pradera
This is a bar that welcomes the entire LGBTQ+ community, located in the historic center of the city, and has been serving a super mixed crowd for over 10 years. They offer good food, beer on tap to enjoy outside on the terrace, and a generally relaxed place to hang out with friends. Inclusive and slightly alternative vibes attract a wonderful range of people and give the bar a real community feel.
The Basement Club
The Basement Club is one of the best-known gay cruise and fetish clubs in Barcelona. It's a members only club so you'll have to buy a membership at the door. Once you're inside you can expect a heavy industrial theme and large facilities including cages, private cabins, cinema lounge, showers, and wrestling area. Dress codes vary from underwear to leather and military, depending on the night.
